Testimonials
From the street this looks like just another pizza place but climb the steps and you come across and oasis. A beautiful garden with a fountain and gazebo in the middle surrounded by tress and a canopy of lemon and orange trees. Beautiful and restful after the crowded streets of Sorrento. Food was good (maybe not the best I have ever had) but the surrounds are what to come for. Bellissimo.
This is one of the nicest restaurants we visited on our recent trip. Looking from outside does not do it justice, enter from the Main Street or from the small back street. WOW, the tables all look over the garden, which at night is all illuminated by mood lighting and candles, just devine, you would not think you were in the heart of the town, the food was above average, the staff were fine, I think some of the staff were new and didn’t quite know what they were doing, having said that, it was great. Very reasonably priced, definitely worth a visit. Toilets were immaculate.
Spent an amazing evening in this amazing restaurant. The setting was wonderful, amid trees flowers and beautiful plants. The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful. And the food was gorgeous, my lamb chops fell of the bone and melted in my mouth. Will be returning this August at least once.
Although to look at, the menu looks like the bog standard pizzas and pastas you see in the more touristy central restaurants, the food was brilliant so don’t be deceived.
The setting is lovely – little tables around a court yard and I could see fairy lights around which would have made it a very romantic setting in the evening.
We went for a late lunch – they had just stopped the kitchen but I begged for a pasta dish and they said sure
We got a lovely bottle of wine – averagely priced and a pizza (7.50E) and ricotta, pesto and walnut ravioli which was more expensive but delicious
Didn’t get dessert – menu didn’t look so exciting but the mains were delicious!
